The colour of 50 sen and 20 sen reminds me of RM1 coin that no longer exist. I miss you gold coin!

50 sen is my favourite coin. The reason is, it's big, i don't have to dig through my coin purse like mad to search for it. Especially when the queue behind me is very long and everybody's waiting for me. Sometimes i'm 100% sure that i have 5 sen or 10 sen in my purse, but it's just hard for me to find them in the sea of 20 sens. GRrrrrrr!!!

It looked kind of ordinary to me initially. But, behold!
I was surprised to see '50' appeared when i tilt the coin forward.
'SEN' appeared when i tilt it backward.
So, do you like the new series of coins?
