Sweaty feet no more!

Ever feel wet or flooding (ok, i'm exaggerating ^^) inside your flat shoes?

Especially when you're wearing crocs shoes! This will lead to an embarrassing squeaking noise when the shoes get wet with sweat. I felt like a duck quacking when i made a step.. ~_~ The worst thing is you have to kill all the bacteria under hot sun aftermath, else your shoes will smell like ikan masin (salted fish)! yucks!

I understand that no-show socks look good with flats, however, not all flats are suitable with this kind of socks. For example: peep toe flats. Don't you think it just looks so wrong and ugly with socks? I don't like a large portion of socks are visible along the edges of flats.

So, the solution is

PANTY LINER !!!

Hahahah..It might sound crazy, but it really works! I've tried this before.

Just stick panty liner in your flats to absorb the sweat. Hey! Their function is not only to absorb all the sweat, it prevents the squeaking noise too! On top of that, it helps to prevent smelly feet if you use scented panty liner (luckily i don't have this problem..hehe).

Good idea isn't it? :)

Fate of TABASCO sauce in Malaysia

Did you know that our favourite hot sauce- TABASCO is certified non-halal? No more tabasco sauce at pizza hut ... T_T

THE Consumers’ Association of Penang (CAP) is shocked and concerned over the recent revelation regarding pig DNA being found in food products widely consumed by Muslims.

The Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia – Jakim) recently revealed the results of an analysis conducted by the Chemistry Department of Malaysia on HP Sauce and Tabasco Pepper Sauce which confirmed the presence of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) of pig.

All holders and new applicants of halal certification that use the two products have been directed to

use alternatives that are certified halal.

Any issue pertaining to halal-haram has to be taken into serious consideration as it is of crucial importance to Muslims.

CAP also urges the authorities to conduct rigorous inspections and test sauce-related products besides the brands as there are many sauces produced in the country and overseas.

Sauces are widely used in cooking, whether at home, in food stalls or restaurants, and especially in Western food.

Food processing has become more complex in the advent of food technology and consumers also have wider choice of processed food, and this creates a situation where consumers are exposed to a variety of food that may contain haram ingredients.

CAP urges the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry to revoke the sale of HP Sauce and Tabasco Pepper Sauce in Malaysia.

CAP urges Malaysians to be cautious and to immediately stop using sauces until their content is certified halal by Jakim. Consumers should also avoid consuming Chicken Burger Patties and

Chicken Taiwan Sausage because their halal certificates had been revoked.

The Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry should immediately recall these products from the market as it is of grave concern not only to Muslims but to vegetarians as well.

Phobia

Do you have any phobia? Like afraid of height, water, spider, death and etc?

I'm not scared of cockroaches, spiders, rats or bugs.

My biggest fear is holes. I’m not saying about one hole or two, I can’t stand looking at clusters of holes or anything clustered together. Lotus seed pods, shower drain plates, insect eggs clusters really petrify me. Just type ‘trypophobia’ and click on images and you’ll know what I fear the most. Honestly, I closed the page before it could load completely. Some gruesome pictures glimpsed through before I closed it and I nearly faint. Seriously! I’m not kidding about this. I felt something was crawling inside my skin and goose bumps all over my skin.

As far as I concern, I’m the only one among my friends and families. I feel so abnormal. I’m just curious how many people out there are having the same phobia as me. >_<

I’m literally torturing myself by writing this post! Maybe I should stop it here or shouldn’t start to write about this in the very beginning.
