I know this part of the song by heart because i've been watching doraemon since i was in kindergarden. There were a lot of homeworks during primary school, usually i would finish half at night and half in the next morning. Before i went to bed, i'ld wish to have doraemon. And he did come to rescue me once by helping me finished up all my maths exercises!! but when i woke up, my exercise book was still blank, it was only just a dream. ~_~ I had these kind of dreams very frequent, to the extend that i really believed doraemon really do exist. hahah

During exam, i wished for 'memory bread', so i didn't have to study so hard. How silly i was back then.. :) Doraemon is my childhood 'friend' till now. I LOVEeeee doraemon!! and doralin too of course.

Angry birds storm the campus!

Last Wednesday i went to my seniors' convocation. I was expecting to see many teddy bears/ soft toys with the square graduation cap and flowers.

 ANGRY BIRDS!!!

 They were everywhere and anywhere in the campus! :D

Red angry bird seemed to be the favourite of all.

I was literally laugh out loud when i saw this blue angry bird with the square academic cap. So cute~~~~~ I can't resist my hand not to touch it.hahha

The last bouquet was the prettiest among all, but i wouldn't want to hold this during my convocation. It's crazy if they are in every single graduation photo of mine. I still like the angry bird plush toys and games more for cuddling and time killing.

I have had enough of angry birds, so i headed to the food section, it was way more jam packed than the gifts booths. While paying money for my favourite keropok lekor, I felt something kept nodding on my head and shoulder. Hmm..i thought it was baby's hand 'hitting' me, so i didn't bother it until i noticed red shadow on my shoulder. OMG! It was red angry bird! 

Phew~~ Luckily i'm not the green pig!

Fate of TABASCO sauce in Malaysia

Did you know that our favourite hot sauce- TABASCO is certified non-halal? No more tabasco sauce at pizza hut ... T_T

THE Consumers’ Association of Penang (CAP) is shocked and concerned over the recent revelation regarding pig DNA being found in food products widely consumed by Muslims.

The Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia – Jakim) recently revealed the results of an analysis conducted by the Chemistry Department of Malaysia on HP Sauce and Tabasco Pepper Sauce which confirmed the presence of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) of pig.

All holders and new applicants of halal certification that use the two products have been directed to

use alternatives that are certified halal.

Any issue pertaining to halal-haram has to be taken into serious consideration as it is of crucial importance to Muslims.

CAP also urges the authorities to conduct rigorous inspections and test sauce-related products besides the brands as there are many sauces produced in the country and overseas.

Sauces are widely used in cooking, whether at home, in food stalls or restaurants, and especially in Western food.

Food processing has become more complex in the advent of food technology and consumers also have wider choice of processed food, and this creates a situation where consumers are exposed to a variety of food that may contain haram ingredients.

CAP urges the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry to revoke the sale of HP Sauce and Tabasco Pepper Sauce in Malaysia.

CAP urges Malaysians to be cautious and to immediately stop using sauces until their content is certified halal by Jakim. Consumers should also avoid consuming Chicken Burger Patties and

Chicken Taiwan Sausage because their halal certificates had been revoked.

The Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry should immediately recall these products from the market as it is of grave concern not only to Muslims but to vegetarians as well.

Maru the cat

Maru is a playful, lazy, round face, obese cat. He is not any ordinary male Scottish fold cat, he's as famous as Dolly the sheep. He owns a blog, books, DVD and he's in the front cover of magazines.

There was an obese female cat in the place where i had my industrial training.  She's very cute and adorable too, however, she is an arrogant cat! The first time i met her is when she walked in the lab with her head held high, swinging her fluffy tail left and right in slow motion and ignored everyone along the way to her bed. If there's any 'Spice cats' group in this world, she'll definitely be the Posh cat.

She's heavy, i couldn't lift her up! =D

Back to Maru. All his videos in YouTube were viewed over million times. If you're feeling sad, watching his videos really will help to put a smile on your face. His silly moves will melt your heart away.

Maru is obsess with boxes, regardless of the size, shape, colour and design. He likes to stuff himself in a box, plastic bags, paper bags, etc. 

He loves box than comfy sofa.

Things/Food you should NOT put in microwave!

1. Grapes

Yes, grapes, to be exact, a half cut grape with a piece of skin in between. 

The two halves of the grape acting as electrode. Microwaving them will cause the grapes to ignite and produce sparks.   Watch it to believe it! and see the explanation here. I never knew a humble grape can cause such a disaster. (O_O)

2. Carrots

Carrots are rich in minerals i.e. iron, magnesium and selenium. These compounds will reflect the electromagnetic wave. The metal reflect the wave and therefore carrot sparks when you microwave them.

3. Raw egg

Boom boom PoWW!! I'm sure you know they'll explode in microwave.

4. Soap

It'll become like beaten egg whites after microwaving. There are water vapours in the tiny air bubbles in a bar of soap, microwave heats them up and thus it foams and expands. 

5. CDs
If you love Tron, you're going to love this!

There are actually many other things that shouldn't pun in microwave. These are some that i found fascinating! If you want to do try these at home, I think the soap and CD are still ok to be microwave. The rest will cause a mess or damage your microwave. :)

Justin Bieber's hair!

His teen fans were gone hysterical when he cut his famous bob last week. I was in disbelief when i found out that the winning bid of one lock of his hair was  US $40,668.00!!! (RM123 203.883) 

JB's hair enclosed in a plexiglass box, with his signature on it.

That lock of JB's hair was actually Ellen DeGeneres' birthday present. She tweeted that she wished to had a lock of JB's hair for her birthday. -_- And she got it! However, she donated this gift to support an animal rescue organization, The Gentle Barn.

Luckily that money is for a good cause.
